Hello, I’m Guy Learmonth, founder of OROS.​

​

I have been a professional athlete since 2015. I am a multiple-time National 800m Champion, Great Britain & NI Team Captain at the 2019 European Championships as well as a World, Commonwealth, and European finalist.

​​

I've spent my career learning  what actually makes runners improve - not just train harder, but smarter, stay healthy and perform when it matters.

​

At OROS, we provide Running Performance Consultancy and offer remote performance coaching - working with runners of all levels, from complete beginners to competitive athletes, helping them build structure, consistency and confidence in their training.​​​​

​

Our philosophy is simple: to deliver personalised training plans with a clear purpose behind every session, creating long-term progress without burnout, injury or falling out of love for the sport.

​

Whether you're chasing your first 5K, a new PB or high level performance, my goal is to guide you with the same principles I've relied on throughout my own career.

​
